Urban Food Forest

The studio is increasingly vertically integrated to include an urban rare heirloom food forest project.

Using hydroponics systems to produce a variety of herbs, tomatoes, chilis, eggplants, lettuces, and other greens, the project includes approximately 250+ hydroponically grown produce of many sizes, flavors and colors.

These systems are supplemented with potted plants such as citrus trees, cardamom, a range of herbs, pineapple, and fig tree. Plants are chosen based on a range of criteria such as global specialties, color palettes, unique shapes and textures and always prioritize flavor.
